Beyond Separation: New European Research on Gender-Based Violence Published

EURO MAMME ASD presents Oltre la separazione (“Beyond Separation”), a new research report examining gender-based violence during and after the breakdown of family relationships across the European Union.

The publication explores coercive control, psychological, economic and digital violence, women’s vulnerabilities and the protection of children in separation proceedings.

Through a multidisciplinary analysis of scientific literature, European statistics and the legal framework, the report aims to contribute to the debate on violence prevention and the protection of those affected. The full research report is available online free of charge.

Europe Goes to School: IDEA EUROPA Meets Students at Giorgi–Virginia Woolf in Rome

On 30 September 2026, IDEA EUROPA met students from IIS Giorgi–Virginia Woolf in Rome for an exchange dedicated to the European Union, active citizenship and opportunities offered by Erasmus+.

The meeting explored the opportunities Europe offers young people: international mobility, cultural exchanges, educational experiences and participation in European projects. It was an opportunity to discover the personal and professional development possibilities provided by the European Union.

We believe in a Europe that exists not only in school textbooks, but becomes a real experience in the lives of younger generations.
